Ordering Information and Store Policies for the Knittery, Renton, WA

To order yarn or check on its availability, just call the Knittery at 425-228-4694 or
1-800-742-3565  Monday through Saturday 10 - 6, closed Sunday.

Yarn can be returned to the Knittery within three months from date of purchase.  No exceptions can be made because of dye lot changes. Receipt of purchase must accompany all returns. Sales of discontinued products, books, needles, patterns and other notions are always final.

At the Knittery, we do our does its best to estimate the amount of yarn knitters need for their projects. Because all people knit differently, you may finish a project with extra and unwanted yarn, or you may purchase less than you actually need.

To avoid having less yarn than needed, notice how much yarn you are using. The sooner you let us know you need more yarn the better. We can better determine your needs after you use one ball of yarn for the given project. Just call us.

Not all items and yarn colors are guaranteed to be in stock.
